**Welcome to the Women Awakening Book Club.**

I wanted to bring together a group, a community of like-minded women who love to read, nurture their inner wisdom and celebrate the divine feminine that they are. By being open, curious is how we grow and expand. 

We will meet every 6-8 weeks in a London cafe, where we discuss a particular book. The range of books will focus on self-development, spirituality, women empowerment and ways we can relate this to our everyday world. Each session we will discuss and share our insights from the book and most importantly how these learnings can be embodied as we grow. I will guide the gathering, with key discussion points, however the main goal is for me to create space and allow the sharing of wisdom within the group.

After running 3 years of our in person book club, it was time to bring this online. I want to bring together a group, a community of like-minded women who love to read, nurture their inner wisdom and celebrate the divine feminine that they are. By being open, curious is how we grow and expand.

We will meet every 6-8 weeks online on Zoom where we discuss a particular book. The range of books will focus on self-development, spirituality, women empowerment and ways we can relate this to our everyday world. Each session we will discuss and share our insights from the book and most importantly how these learnings can be embodied as we grow. I will guide the gathering, with key discussion points, however the main goal is for me to create space and allow the sharing of wisdom within the group.

You can purchase the book at either Amazon or your local book shop or see if you can borrow it from your local library.

There will be a fee for joining the gathering of £6. This encourages commitment by participants and ensures we are supporting any costs of the book club, so we can continue to run this going forward.

I recommend you RSVP in advance to book your space and leave you sufficient time to read the book. I will close the RSVP 1 day before the event.

**Overview**

Modern day life moves fast, and stress can build without us even noticing. Urban Unwind is your chance to pause, breathe, and reset from the comfort of your own space. This small-group hypnotherapy experience designed to help busy minds let go of stress, relax and regain clarity.

**What to Expect:**

This is a live, interactive online session, limited to a small group of participlants to ensure a supportive and personal experience. The session will include:

1. Welcome & Introduction — A short introduction from your facilitator
2. Optional Sharing — Space for you to reflect and, if you wish, share how stress is showing up for you
3. Guided Hypnotherapy — A deeply relaxing journey to help release mental and physical stress
4. Grounding & Close — Gentle techniques to bring you back to the present, feeling calm, clear, and recharged

**Who is this for?**

Anyone looking to unwind after work, manage daily stress, and build resilience — all from the comfort of your own home. No previous experience with hypnotherapy is needed.

**What you will leave with:**

• A sense of calm and clarity 

• The feeling of having given yourself a much-needed reset

**How to Join:**

- The session will be hosted on Zoom (link will be provided after booking).
- Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed
- We recommend using headphones for the best audio experience, however not essential
- Spaces are limited to 10 per session — book early to reserve your place.

**Terms and Conditions:**

- Hypnotherapy is a holistic therapy and is used to treat a wide range of conditions. It is not suitable however for anyone who may have a history of psychosis , severe depression or dissociative disorders. If you are experiencing any conditions (mental or physical) that do warrant medical or psychiatric attention, please seek advice from a qualified medical professional.
- Please arrive on time. We can not let anyone enter the Zoom room once we have started the hypnotherapy to avoid any disruption to the participants and the facilitator.
- Given the nature of the topics, members may share very personal experiences or emotions. Please respect that this is a confidential space.
- Allow a space for everyone to be heard. Please be respectful and open, even in times of disagreement. We want to avoid a space where there is interruption or certain members are dominating the conversation.
- Please be aware, given the therapeutic nature of this session we will require participants to switch on their camera. This is essential to ensure the safety of all participants.
