What happens at this event?

Looking to relax at the end of a long day….

Research on meditation has shown that this practice generates significant benefits which include:

  • Better stress management
  • Improved quality of sleep
  • Increased clarity of thought
  • Increased self-awareness
  • Increase levels of compassion for oneself and others

Each week we will explore a particular topic and understand how we can connect with this using the practice of meditation.

Using the breath we will enter a deep state of relaxation followed by a guided inner journey. We will use a mix of guided visualisations and mantras to keep the mind focused.

Since I met Sonia, she surrounds me with her stillness, peace, compassion.I feel so calm and relaxed when I am with her, and I get easily into a meditation state. I highly recommend her classes.
